One year ago, MDT introduced its ACC Elite Chassis System for the Remington 700 Short Action (below). Although only initially available for the Remington 700 Short Action, the company promised further compatibility in the future. Making good on its promise, MDT now offers the system with compatibility for the Remington 700 Long Action CIP and Tikka T3 Short Action.
The MDT ACC Elite Chassis System Expands Model Compatibility
Tailored to top-tier shooters, the chassis system provided customization of every part of the shooting experience. Crafted from CNC-machined 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum, the chassis remains a lightweight 6.1 pounds. Likewise, it is available in your choice of black, FDE, or titanium blue finish.
The chassis delivers enhancements such as a longer, wider, and more robust forend with integrated ARCA rail. Likewise, it features a heightened, adjustable magazine well. In addition, the chassis utilizes the new SRS-X Elite Buttstock with improved geometry and the redesigned Vertical Grip Elite with a connecter bar.
Although first released for the Remington 700 Short Action only, the chassis has expanded its compatibility. Specifically, you can now get it for the Remington 700 Long Action CIP and the Tikka T3 Short Action. However, this does not mark the end of its growth, as the website still maintains more options will become available soon.

The MDT ACC Elite Chassis System
Assembled from CNC machined 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum, the ACC Elite chassis is a lightweight 6.1 pounds. It is available in your choice of black, FDE, or titanium blue Cerakote finish for long-lasting durability.
Building on the original ACC, the Elite features a longer, wider, and stronger forend with integrated full-length ARCA rail. Likewise, an R-LOK interface runs the length of the bottom of the forend. As a result, you can mount your tripod at any position for the perfect balance. In addition, M-LOK slots and mounting ports allow for the mounting of accessories or forend weights. Likewise, drilled and tapped holes allow for mounting night vision and control bridges.
Compatible with AR-15 style grips, the ACC Elite comes with the MDT Vertical Grip Elite with a Connector bar included. The Connector bar helps add rigidity to the overall structure while firing. Likewise, ambidextrous M-LOK thumb rests provide shooters with the ideal grip for competition and precision. Further allowing for the perfect fit, the Vertical Grip Elite is adjustable for each shooter’s hand.
Offering straight-line recoil, the buttstock is taller than the original ACC and comes with a 1-inch spacer pre-installed. However, for those needing a shorter length of pull, it is easily removable, providing an adjustable LOP between 12.25” – 14.75”. The buttstock features toolless adjustability of LOP and comb height, with hex keys stored under the cheek rest for other adjustments.
The magazine well features an integrated wide and aggressive barricade stop so you can brace your rifle with confidence and stability. In addition, the mag well includes space for optional dowels to create a tighter magazine fit. Finally, an ambidextrous magazine catch sits directly in front of the trigger guard for quick, easy access.
