XS Sights Standard Dot Vent Rib Shotgun Beads
Utilizing a post design, the beads do not use magnets for installation. For this reason, the durable and reliable sights will withstand countless hunts or clay shooting and stay on the gun. Likewise, the design is optimized for waterfowl and turkey hunters as well as clay shooting.
Available with either a green or orange photoluminescent Ember Glow Dot, the bead is brighter than similar-sized fiber optic sights, according to the company. As a result, shooters experience enhanced visibility for faster target acquisition. This makes them ideal for use at dusk or dawn and areas with thick vegetation, in blinds, or foggy mornings.
Installation is easy and does not require any custom work by a gunsmith. The kit includes three threaded brass posts, and you simply screw the post that matches your shotgun model into the barrel, in place of the stock bead. Then, slide the bead onto the post and tap the top of the bead with a mallet. That’s it.
The sights have a bead diameter of 0.165 inch and an overall height of 0.165 inch. Thread options include 5-40, 3-56, 6-48, M3 x .5, and M2.5 x .45.
Initial fits for Benelli, Beretta, Browning, CZ, Mossberg, Remington, and Stoeger vent rib shotguns.
