AXTON, VA — A late-night domestic dispute in Henry County ended in a fatal shooting on November 11, 2025, but authorities have determined that no charges will be filed following an initial investigation. Deputies responded to a call at approximately 11:35 PM reporting a gunshot victim at a residence on Sand Stone Court in Axton. When they arrived, they found 46-year-old Ronald W.
