Ed Brown Products Introduces Fueled Prodigy Custom 1911

Ed Brown Products has been an established customizer of 1911 semi-automatic pistols for more than 50 years – and it has now announced the release of its hot new offering for this summer – the Fueled Prodigy 4.25-inch. This latest addition to the “Fueled” line-up builds on the Springfield Armory’s Prodigy 1911 model, offering a beavertail grip safety, ambidextrous thumb safety, and EDM trigger components.

Ed Brown has made a classic even more iconic – meet the Fueled Prodigy 4.25-inch 1911.

As part of the Ed Brown reliability package, the Fueled Prodigy 4.25-inch has been outfitted with a fully machined extractor that is fit and expertly tuned, while precision barrel throating helps eliminate feeding and extraction issues.

The Fueled Prodigy 4.25-inch also received Ed Brown’s exclusive Gen4 coating, which is made up of a special formulation to deliver the best wear resistance and corrosion protection known to date. While black, the Gen4 coating was specially formulated to look identical in color to traditional matte-finished bluing.
